The InvitATION

This 2 month Winter Cohort is a place to develop your leadership as it pertains to community stewardship and conscious event production. It's an artfully-crafted container for full spectrum learning, community networking, and building concrete skills for coordinating your own holistic gatherings.
 
This online and in-person program will offer you a wide-ranging production education, a deeply reflective insight into your desires and capacities, and (for those who want to intern) a healthy dose of hands-on experience assisting in high-quality, high-impact community gatherings. 
 
Cohort Members will depart feeling grounded in their mission, clear about the communities they serve, and confident in the professional production processes that enable us to serve with greater impact!

The JOURNEY

8 WEEKS OF CONTENT

& CONNECTION in 2027

The 2027 Cohort will be hosted on the "Circle" - a trusted online platform for content, courses and community building - not to be confused with Revival's "Circle" haha.  Our Sunday calls will be over Zoom, our Cohort Leads are available via messaging, and Ben will be available for coaching calls.

To begin our Cohort, we'll meet in person at a venue in Port Townsend WA to connect and set the stage for our journey together. This will be livestreamed in 360 for those who can't be there in person.

Midway through our Cohort, we'll meet in person at a retreat venue somewhere around the greater Seattle area for a long connective weekend of study, networking and project support.

And lastly, to end our Cohort, we'll meet up at the Summer Revival to host a Cohort workshop, connect with each other, and celebrate our projects! And maybe we'll host a Cohort-led workshop together!

The CURRICULUM

While the list below is wayyy too exhaustive to cover within an 8 week program, we'll distribute course materials or talk about most of it. Cohort content will be distributed each week as PDFs & Videos through the "Circle" platform, and we'll engage in group discussions about them during our Sunday calls. Guest presenters will be interviewed podcast-style by Ben, and exclusively published throughout the Cohort as well.

By the end of our time together, you'll have most of what you need to begin producing 50-1,000 person gatherings!

The Team

Ben Browner brings over a decade of experience hosting evolutionary gatherings of all kinds. He's definitely not a guru, but has synthesized the subject matter, and makes the "soft & hard skills" of event production very approachable.

Our Cohort Stewards are long time dynamic strategists, facilitators and mental health professionals. Advising on everything from cohort design to social dynamics, they keep Ben in check and inform our process greatly.
